• Jackie was born in 2011 with a syndrome known as ZSWIM6. She is one of only seven individuals worldwide with this condition. Symptoms of ZSWIM6 include: Autism, cerebral palsy, severe gastric reflux, developmental delays, Microcephaly, PICA and torticollis. As an infant she wore a helmet to correct the cranial deformities caused by Torticollis and had two surgeries to correct her gastric reflux which resulted in her need of use for a feeding tube.
• Due to all of her medical complications she was unable to sit on her own until she was 2, she did not crawl until age of 3, and only started walking with help at age 4. Currently, at the age of 11, Jackie is mostly nonverbal but has recently begun to say, “Mum Mum Mum”. She is also learning sign language and uses an iPad for communication.
• Jackie has no fear or understanding of danger and cannot be left alone and she will be reliant on her family for the rest of her life. With a future filled with overwhelming medical expenses and an uncertain future, the Merritt – Hoult family is reaching out to see if you can find it in your heart to help contribute to Jackie’s future.

FOOD:
Wristbands will indicate access to the Taste of Philly Buffet which includes the following:
Cheese steaks with Roasted Bell Peppers and Onion. French Fries with Cheese Wiz, Soft Pretzel Bites.
The buffet will be set up at the back of the VIP bowling lounge.
